Gibbed's save editor for Borderlands! Almost easy to use and yes... enjoy!
This save editor can edit weapons like add scope or change barrel and change their quality! Can also change your character and add credits and everything!!1
haha "Almost easy"
wow this is great. this what i need. hua.
My Winzip is telling me the file is empty? I bet I'm missing something obvious.
You shouldn't open this inside winrar, extract this somewhere and only then open it.

Install Microsoft .NET Framework and see if it works.
Hey, So Yes It DOES work for STEAM, I just got the GOTY Edition and after seeing that it doesnt work I dnloaded and yes, It does work. Sweetness!
I Zipped files to an empty folder on desktop and opened it from there and then ran the game.
it won't open my file.
Is there a guide on how to create your own custom weapon? I don't really understand it
willow tree... thats all im saying. you will never need another save editor for borderlands again. it literally has everything. ever custom weapon making. but thats probably the hardest part... willow tree, it can do anything (almost.. you can't put roland head on lilith for example.. that would just be silly..)
EDIT: i do not know if it works with steam version but it should as long as ou know where the save files are.
and im pretty shure it does not work for xbox360 or ps3
