It's Basically A "Armor" Pack But Without Armor. The Capes Stay The Same But Without Armor. It has the same instructions as the armor pack and includes the texmod application
Does it work on Steam version?
No because, the steam version disables Texmod modifications from happening, the best solution is to find a cracked version.
my m8 on cracked u cant unlock armor of Altair
I know I'm year and almost a half later but if you download a complete edition it unlocks all outfits including armor of Altair
