UberNerdGames is a fledgling Modding and Development group, founded in 2009. We began as a Mapping Community on Far Cry 2, though my own personal experience dates back to the early 2000s. Most of our early work was MP maps for Far Cry 2, however, some light modding was done to our servers and a new game mode was pioneered by us. Our official FC2 name was UNS, which stood for UberNerdServers. This was a branch of UberNerdGames though; we just didnt like UNG as our initials (lol) As support and the player base for FC2 wavered, we decided to call it quits and take a break, waiting for the next game to release that included a fairly easy to use map editor. (And still we wait...) The mapping bug could not be cured though; I had been mapping myself since Timesplitters. Aside from that, creating multiplayer maps just wasnt enough anymore - I wanted to go back to creating Single Player adventures as I had in the years past. Thats when the Source Engine came into play.
Release is within a couple weeks time! The Mod is largely complete and ready to test on our live server.
