Our first three projects will be commercial games that will most likely be developed using Actionscript 3 and the Flixel Library. Any Actionscript 3 experience is sufficient, but we are already learning how to use this Language so we'd prefer applicants have experience and presentable projects in Flash. Experience exporting to IOS and Android is a plus, as we plan to make the games available on Android/IOS, PC/Mac/Linux, and Steam, and possibly PSN/XBL later on.
Joining the group is required, but there is no need to be exclusive to Shogun. Payment cannot be guaranteed, but it can be negotiated. Shogun is a hobbyist group that is migrating to commercial indie development. The term is completely flexible; stay for as long as it interests you. The role might change as our needs do.
