Reach Studios is a brand new game studio based in Sydney, Australia (with staff worldwide) and is looking for talented artists, specifically concept artists, to join our team.

We are currently in pre-production for an open-world RPG title. While there is not much more detail that can be provided here, all staff (must be willing to sign/agree to an NDA) will be given access to our Game Development Document and bible documents with all the backstory and information necessary for work to be done on our title.

This is a team with big ambitions, particularly in the publishing of our title. Should milestones pass, there is a possibility for work to shift to mainstream console releases (X360/PS3/PC). We're a new studio but a studio with previous professional experience in the videogame industry.

Of course, should development pass these milestones and move to the much larger project that we anticipate, staff will be paid for their efforts. As for now however, we're in baby-step mode with our eyes set on the goal.

Reach Studios is looking for a UI Engineer to join us on our next ambitious project. A UI engineer will be in charge of working creatively and technically on developing the user interface for the whole of our next project (an open-world RPG).

A UI engineer will will work with programmers, designers and artists to design and implement UI systems and supporting documentation, as well as create tools and scripts to improve workflow.

Our UI engineer should be familiar with the Scaleform workflow, particularly within Cryengine 3, but potentially in other systems as well.

As this is a volunteer role (at least for the beginning parts of production), full-time is not expected, but you are expected to keep weekly contact with the rest of the team on your progress.

If this sounds like a job you are interested in please don't hesitate to email us your resume, sample pieces of work and any questions or comments about the role to reach@leveluptimes.com.

Reach Studios is an equal-opportunity recruiter.
