You need to be proficient with Flash and Scaleform. It would help if you had a portfolio. Our project is a 3rd Person Tactical Shooter, and you would be responsible for creating the In-Game UI and the Menus. Our company has the drive to be on top, and our environment is professional, yet relaxed. You also get paid in royalties.
