You need to be proficient with a 3D Modelling Software. It would help if you had a portfolio. Our project is a 3rd Person Tactical Shooter, and you would be responsible for making weapons, buildings, vehicles, props, etc. for the game. Our company has the drive to be on top, and our environment is professional, yet relaxed.
