If you are modding ZH you should be careful not to add to many polys. Whilst it looks good in game a lot of detail will not be noticed and it may cause lag. The units you want used the most should have lower polys, and the ones that won't get used much can have higher polys though do not do too much. Often to add in more details it can be better to add in textures or skins.
I didn't make this model to put inside Generals... just to give one idea about how would stay the Excalibur tank (that was done by Silo101) in a 3D view.
