Nozzles could be made with polygons - they are big enough for this. Like hiigarian ones.

Description

Four screenshots show the mk.IX frigates I made. Exactly now HW:@ mod uses them. Render shows the modified 'chassis' component for HW1-era frigates, it's not complete, but already usable. Anyway, I don't have a working nose for it.
