Has implementing or at least accommodating a survival mod been considered. I think it could help reflect the series' sense of gritty realism and capture the atmosphere of lands beyond the Wall, rendering the environment more than just window dressing. Races like Freefolk or Northerners could be better adapted for the harsh winter landscape.

Just found a tool that could help us greatly and would allow people that are good with Westeros lore to easily write books. Skyrim.nexusmods.com also it's quite late at night (12:30am) so I didn't test this tool yet as I am using my phone and I shouldn't be checking the nexus in the first place at this time.

Sorry is has been soooooooooooo long guys before I was going to wait until the map was finished before I post an update but it seems it is appropriate to post one now. Good news the map was very close to being done but some stuff happened to delay me the past week and a half , firstly my new pc parts arrived I now have a Asrock z77 Extreme 4 , 8gb ddr3 ram and a intel i5-3570 cpu , which means working on the mod will be faster on my pc now , also I recently upgraded my photoshop to cs6 and it has some great features which I am implementing into the heightmap , and lastly with the help of Elinen's tutorial ( from Dark Creations ) I have learned how to use geocontrol 2 which means that now the mountains and rivers I make will be very realistic and detailed. And now for tasks , would you guys like me to post them on here in a forum or on our steam page?

Well this group was made for our development team so either here or on the forums would be a good place to post tasks.

I think it is rather bad if we will get tasks "assigned"
It seems one can't think through all the world because of complexity. Thats because i requested Git sharing, voice brainstorming etc.
However there are plenty of tasks you can do along, not connected to other work. For example - make a model of а night watch warrior, find voice characters, make textures for castle black for example:)

If we think through some quests, we could start writing dialoges and making dungeons
