Are you actually representing a software house, with an actual Unreal licence, or are you just a couple of guys asking people to work, without pay, on your total conversion idea? If it's the former, I'd be interested in talking to you. But if so, then you need to work a little on your image, cause it looks for all the world like you're the latter, and you've just copied and pasted a job advert from a real studio.
