There is no way to play it on normal Generals?
No it is impossible due to the engine code differences. But perhaps miracles can still happen and one day you may just be able to play it.
Oh and you can get Zero Hour or even The First Decade that contains Zero Hour for less than $10-$20 USD now over the internet. ;)
