lol its a Generals Zero Hour mod, not C&CTD mod -_-'
You must have a installation or registry error because I do not know how it is possible that it is trying to launch C&C95. This Mod is based on that game yes, but it is launched from generals.exe in C&C Generals Zero Hour as it is a Mod for Zero Hour...
Can you reformulate that question?
How is it giving an error to launch C&C95? This mod is just a recreation of that game. I did not think the launcher icon would link to the old game.
Am I reading that error correctly?
