We are a bunch of geeky adolescent children who have a lot of free time. We adore 2D games due to it's retro feel and simplicity. No complicated camera or realism getting in the way of great gameplay. We are currently creating the Indie Developed PC (and Mac) video game 'Project Float'.

BlueSky Games is currently working on an indie game called Project Float. We are in need of help in order to get the game done by Q1 2012. We are a small group of people who are familiar with the game creation process, but this is our first indie game as a group. We are hoping for an enhanced online based gameplay with the ability to purchase costumes, login and register from the game, and to purchase the game itself from the site. Whatever the case may be, we do not have the web knowledge to be able to achieve this all.
This is where you come in. We are looking for web coders who are familiar with mysql and PHP coding. Someone with the ability to create shops for our digital items on the store, and possibly within the game as well (though not necessary). The game interacts with PHP and mysql using GETtext, so if you are familiar with that. That would also be helpful.
Project Float is our first game and we do not currently have the funds to pay our members, although if sales DO go well I am more then willing to give each and every team member of BlueSky Games a generous donation as a thank you for helping us out.
