"Ultimate Performance Mod" for "Project Brutality 2.03"

Features:
- Performance-oriented mod for low-end PC's
- "Not exactly a lazy janitor". All gibs, gore, junk, casings, particles and decals will disappear with this mod in a matter of seconds
- Dead bodies now disappear too, but not as fast as other small particles do
- Overall amount of particles (blood, gore, weapon effects, explosions, etc.) decreased roughly by 50% (70%-80% in some cases)
- BFG 11K Prototype's beam trail was optimized, and now it utilizes another cool-looking-in-multiplayer-coop sprite
- Stable performance in coop using "Zandronum" client (Needs to be tested)
Install:
- Unzip mod and load it right after the "Project Brutality 2.03" main file.
- To get this mod working properly, make sure you're using these in-game settings:
- isrunningzandronum 1
- bd_lowgraphicsmode 1
- bd_bloodamount 1
- performancemod 1
- zdoombrutaljanitor 1
- zdoombrutalblood 1
- cl_maxdecals 100 (optional, but recommended)

Yes, like "Project Brutality" itself, this mod does work either with GZdoom or Zandronum.
Recommended commands can be changed with console or in-game options. Also you can change it in configuration file placed in GZdoom root folder.
I'm planning now to release an essential, big update for this mod, that fixes major performance issues in coop multiplayer (Zandronum). The main goal is to achieve smooth (in most cases) and lagless multiplayer gameplay experience. Also this update will fix some "only-multiplayer" bugs like: overlord's infinite invisibility and infinite bfg's beam sound.
Since there is only one commentary (besides mine), I wonder - is there anybody who looking forward to it?

Support for this mod is discontinued, because of low popularity. Update to version 1.1 won't be released.

I play on a Raspberry pi with latest Zdoom this works on there but is love to get update to make it even better dude..
Can you also please make one for brutal doom it self with the barrel explosions as minimal as you can make it?? I need this for my raspberry pi 3 lol but i dont have a pc to use Slade my self
question:
in map 16 (i think it's map 16, it's the suburbs map) when played the "Map of chaos" the game crashes in PB. can this spare the PC the effort to work to the dead trying to make the map playable if i use that mod?
it's sad i can just play that map with BD itself, using PB on it is just awesome! but the crash make me feel the blues... :/
Sadly thats due to much stuff happening at the same time, I experienced that in my old Computer.
Even in a new one, it gets laggy and not crashing but still heavy memory usage.
Very useful mod. Ideal to play on my old mobile phone. It is a pity that the mod is no longer supported.

What a shame it has been discontinued!!! I´ve just download a "improved performance PB2.03" that has been updated in 2020. If you ever want to continue this or another addon for other mods, I will be downloading it!!
