the japs on the first mission are blue plz help
1) Have you the Men of War version 1.17.5 ? Patching the game is very important !
2) Remove the others MODS to eliminate an eventual conflict.

there is an issue with the sound , like a hiss on any sound setting .. latest pach as well .
Maybe a problem with your sound card...
I have an old computer, and all is ok for me.
If the sound is awfull, you can delete the sound files, here, in this folder :
...\505games\1C\Men of War\mods\Rising Sun\resource\sound
i switched off the environment sound and the hiss has gone, i have run most of the mods and fastlegs with no issues, i even downloaded it again .. same problem..
running a Xfi prelude with Auzen support pack 1.5.i get the environment hiss in all sound modes.
plays fine but no environment sound. good maps though , still on the first one.. dam snipers lol

But I have an old computer with a cheap sound card.
So, I can't detect this problem.

No worrys, still on the first mission .. hardest map to date.
Those were some tough missions but end result all up 9/10

Is to hard for my Opinion. I need for the first Mission 3,5h. And have to say it was wasted time. At the second mission i only able to capture the first bunker than it it over because the mortal. I dont want to waste more time with this mod and switch to other. This mod here consists only on try and error. If you like it try it, if not dont waste your time. 5/10 because it is to hard and i have NO FUN.

Its stupid to say that mod is bad only because its hard.
I think heavyflame is right, the script of the missions are too poor, I think that in the last mission you putted only one trigger: entities-dead -> gameover-win. The graphics and placements of the units are well done, and also the maps are well made, but the missions don't use all their potential. I really think that you could make more 6/10

But a good mission is necessarily a complicated mission ?
At the war the missions are very ordinary.
And at the last mission, I don't put only one trigger (???), but only one objective. It's different.

Granted the mod is hard, but i am enjoying it, each to there own i guess.
Is this download file the same as the last updated and more sensible version = easier in terms of difficulty

I tried the first version and it was stupidly hard even on Normal difficulty.
I could not even kill an enemy with a anti-tank grenade.
The updated file you put on Digitalmindsoft was much better.
Everything about your mod I found fantastic!
The enemy AI was like playing a hard game of chess.
I think it is my top favorite!

Re salut ^^ , donc a la premier mission quesqu'il faux fair pour la finir car j'ai detruit toute forme de resistance et j'ai investie la base mais rien ne se passe , j'ai activer la radio et lever le drapeau US mais rien ne ce passe que fair?
Il faut éliminer tout les soldats présents dans le périmètre de la mission.
Tu as l'air d'avoir pas mal de problèmes sur mes cartes.
Essaye de mettre ton jeu à jour.
Sans doute un souci de compatibilité.

Epic mission man! It's tough, but has hours of entertainment, and in all honesty I think I got more entertainment out of this than the actual MoW campaigns!
i cant get passed the first mission. i killed every jap on the map and raised the flag but it still doesn't say that i won.
never mind i fixed the problem
