Cool idea...But Can they die of Old age? and will thier kids Grow up and have kids Etc etc
Time do not go that quick ingame, by now, we have a mod allowing time to synch with real time (..) and so, that is not an issue at all.
That said, with an update, not yet (I guess, since pregnancy is not yet completely straitfoward (or, best say they are both requirements & limitations) it would still require some work (that said, someone skilled who could manage to get authorizations could have all required meshes & textures for both bodys & clothes (which would allow someone not skilled in this area (coder) to still go for a mod).
