Description

The HUD requires ZDoom 2.7.0+ or GZDoom 1.8.0+ to run. It will only work out-of-the-box with projects that do not alter the player's arsenal. Modification of the HUD is necessary if you want custom weapons and ammo to work with it. If you want the hud to work for old versions of Brutal Doom and Samsara, there is a separate download for it called BlueShadow/DEHUD. Now has compatibility for Brutal Doom and Accessories to Murder.

When I run this program with GZDoom, it get this error:

Script error, "nchud-bd.pk3:sbarinfo.txt" line 628:
Unknown font 'NCCONFNT'.

Is there a fix for this?

I just wanted to comment that this is working now. For Brutal doom you will need to download 2 files, the main HUD and the compatibility patch then load them in correct order ie, Main HUD then Patch.

N.B. I didn't see an in game menu to toggle ammo count and tallies and had to edit this myself in the .ini file for nchud.

[Doom.Player.Mod]
nchud_toggleammo=true
nchud_toggletally=true
