Description
mesh and textures #2 will be required to play, also needs mesh and textures #1 and the .esp file to run, mesh and textures #2 is used with version 1.2, NOT with version 1.0 installation is in the readme but just basically pop into the data folder, same as mesh and textures #1, make sure they are both installed properly in there but you will need to use archive invalidation for the textures to work properly, description is in the readme

alright, to those who are having trouble with the mesh and textures 2, not sure about what to do, ill go through it
place the mesh and textures folders from file #1 in the data folder

well what you do now is open up the meshes folder from #2, copy everything in that to the meshes folder in your fallout data directory
do the same with the textures, except paste them in the textures folder in the fallout data directory,
that should be it, tick the .esp file and go!
you do however need archive invalidation to fix up the textures,
if you are experiencing the ! then that is in every case a problem with the meshes, either that or the .esp file has become corrupt in which case you need to either redownload, i once downloaded a mod from here that i needed to download about 4 times for it to finally work properly, (that was a 0.99gb file too!), that was not fun at all, but in this case you should be fine

I'm having a crazy textures problem.... does it work for saved games from the vanilla? Also the textures seem to jump from one to another beacuse of the light that shines on them eg. in the metro stations in deep shadow the chaos lasgun is untextured wtf? And the blood pact armor has a texture made of red letters on a black field, also doesnt seem right...
Well update I tried all sorts of settings and it doesnt seem to work anyway. Disabled bloom, HDR, changed resolution.... Cant find a way around it...
Im not shure if u need system specs Latest AMD/ATI build 4gigs ram Win7ULtimate Before the Fallout 3 game itself was runing all good on highest settings possible...

as i have stated, any texture problems are NOT your graphics but it is archive invalidation

it works with save games just sometimes you need to leave the area and come back
Seems to work ok now although i had to google the invalidation thingy... I am new to Fallout 3 and the mods you see...
One last question though: Should I or shouldnt I rewrite the old data from MaT1 with the ones from MaT 2? Since u say I shouldnt, but it doesnt make any sense...
no, dont overwrite it, just copy the contents of the second folder into the first folder, ill upload a screenshot later today

im still a little bit confused how can i put the mesh & text pack 2 without overwriting the stuff from 1 i wanna play this mod looks sweet

im sorry for not compiling it, i really wanted too, it would be soooo much easier, only problem is that my upload is slow, soo if i ever get adsl 2 or a better internet connection i will be sure to compile it all

for some reason the download link isnt working for me, i go on filefront and click download now, but it just says the file doesnt exist, any solutions?
i had a few friends try it out and it wont work for them either
