Lost to the Zone for CoC 1.5r6 adds new dialogues, quests, npcs, and artefacts.
Lost to the Zone is a so-called immersion addon which strives to expand the experience of the Zone.
- Extended and/or added dialogues to numerous NPCs to reduce the amount of "Hi and Goodbye".
- Added a total of 5 new NPCs.
- Added a total of 32 new quests (a few per faction) to major NPCs as well as +8 tasks assigned to common stalkers.
- Includes new quest types: Decimate the Enemy, Scientific Progress, Night Terror, Scarce Supplies, Roadside Picnic, Contact Lost and Handyman.
- Integrated Artefact Expansion addon (+50 new artefacts).
- (Walking) Dead City: the Mercenary headquarters is now besieged by zombies!
- Added two lively pseudodog puppies to Noah's barge.
Compatible with vanilla, OWR 3 [CoC 1.5] and Arsenal Overhaul. Includes Immersive Fast Travel support.
Inspired by and partly based on MLR 6.9. New artefacts extracted from SGM. Monolith RadSeva suit provided by -HUN-Riot_Gin. A few fixes provided by av661194.

I would love to see more mods like that, maybe then all those whining players stop bashing CoC just because it dont have proper storyline and more missions.
Well the storyline isnt the best

At least it's not something like Lost Alpha. A lot of fans didn't like the story due to the "fan fiction."
Massive amount of bugs and literally lack of any optimization really help "feel" that amazing story :]
Not to mention that even in latest version I still found few totally useless graphics, bunch of photoshop files and HUGE amount of weird configs/scripts, that maybe work, but dont fallow any proper standards of coding...
Lets not be too harsh. LA took time, patience and skills to develop. kudos to them.

I noticed that in Skadovsk (Zaton) as loner, suddenly all the inventory disappeared from both Beard and Owl. Don't know yet if this is a more widespread issue though. I tried shortly without LTTZ, and it didn't happen then.
I didn't touch their supplies at all. I'm pretty sure that this happens to Beard normally, so probably could extend to Owl, too.
Yes, it must be a bug in CoC itself. This shouldn't happen.
You can fix it by map exchange then sleep

None of these addons is currently compatible with CoC 1.5r6.
It does work with R6 and OWR, all works fine. The new NPC, dialogs and guests are more than welcomed. Just the new economy system from R6 suffers, for merchants can purchase worn weaponry, its cost is higher, and the price of the new ones from r6 is reduced.
Is it possible that economy change to be made optional? Or removed?
Probably have to wait for 1.5 R7. The CoC guys have made it clear that the economy still isn't finalised, there are still issues with balancing. 1.5 is a WIP.

Faction patch is not spawning on dead loot for some reason. Almost all the loot I got from fresh kill was weapon + ammo. I check on death_items_by_communities but can't find a clue. What does death_generic do( difference between itemxxx 0,1 and 1,1)?
There is a task not clear. "Come back to me asap ok?" didn't even tell player what he wanted. I tried this task and it was finding a PDI task.
Also who would want 3 wood stoves at once? This is crazy.
My addon doesn't modify faction patch spawns. Are they really so rare in 1.5r6?
There's an issue in 1.5r6 where fetch tasks don't display all the info properly. Need to wait for an official fix.
I can reduce the amount of items for Roadside Picnic to 1-2 if people think that makes more sense.
I noticed way too many stalkers asking for wood stoves, and sleeping bags...like for 10 missions we had 4 stalkers asking for wood stoves, 3 asking for sleeping bags, 3 get back to me ASAP, 1 asking for weapons which I loved to do the most, and -1 asking for medicine which none cared to do.

About the "Contact Lost" mission, what's wrong with the dialog?:

Fixed Sultan's dialog (facepalm).
And that issue with quest dialog is CoC 1.5r6's "feature". It happens even to default quests given by normal NPCs (checked that on vanilla with Librarian).
There's a PDA task that only says "Get back to me asap, ok?"
That seems to affect all fetch quests AFAIK, messing up their lines. I think it's an issue with the game itself, not just my addon.

I haven't seen that mission on vanilla when i talked to him specifically so i assumed its related to your mod.
I didn't give the Bandit trader any quests, so it's not my fault this time.
When I go to military trader in agroprom he does not have anything to sell. And sometimes when I sell a damaged weapons they just mysteriously disappear. Does this only appear in my game?
That's an issue with the game itself, not my addon.

Librarian was able to move me from the Hidden Base to Rostok successfully, so it seems it does.

If you want to use fast travel then yes, instal the original addon and only then my compatibility patch. Including the whole addon in my own would be unfair to IFT's creator.
You could ask him if it would be okay in order to make things less crash prone, and integrate as an optional element to the mod. Immersive Fast Travel has not been updated since 1.0 so it's not like it's a total crime.
