[Lasting Light] Metal Gear Solid sounds addon

Just a silly little mod for Lasting Light that replaces the Stalker chase music with the MGS encounter theme, along with a few sound effect changes. And no, the alert icon doesn't show up when being chased. But that would be a nice effect.
