High Definitino Spas12 Model addon

A very nice shotgun model I found on ModDB. The original uploader was Vagineer, and in the comments section I found that the original model was by Pete (model) and Toadie (animations).

I'm not sure yet how Desura works, but to manually install the shotgun, simply unzip the files in the .rar file and replace the files with the same name in your Half-Life 1 folder with them.
