Alper Saracoglu Made It. ajvgames Found it for me on google kind of hard to find so im uploading it on here! Unzip File put it anywhere install to your vice city game and open GTAVC_Console keep it open set all your settings but keep the window open then play your game to make this work.

i have winrar allready i just dunno how to unzip in winrar
its very simple just double click the folder in winrar
i selected 'gtaVC_comsole' then some loading thing then BAM nothing HELP!!!
The zip has been updated ive made no changes due to it not being mine but i re-downloaded the original zip and uploaded it so hopefully it should work for you.
