The harshness of the desert, relieved by a green forest.
The deserts of Koazla are their own type of stoic, but even aviators at home in the sky grow tired of flying over the same lands time and time again. From the plains of Nyria and Antar to the tundra of Junius, you'll see much more then just then a barren wasteland desert in Vector Thrust. But for now, it is worth seeing the sands of time give way to a cooler forest.
A texture change of the Alpha Desert maps, a refreshing, if not eye relieving, addition of maps.
It's worth mentionning that this isn't just a reskin of the original maps, but clearly a whole new set of maps that won't conflict with the originals :). Now, all what's left is the snowy biome.
This set of maps makes me wonder just where the upper limit to the number of trees on a map can be.
I would have tried to figure this out myself if I ever knew how TS implemented trees in the first place.
