bink format for portal 2!

Well no matter! because i added valve intro from dota 2 and portal 2 sdk license!
So now you feel legit!
Please give me credit! i did this all by myself!
To make this work install it to portal 2 directory on media and replace the bink file from valve on portal 2 or any other valve game!
