Cold War (3 Players) addon

This is the first snow map that I've ever made for Tiberian Sun. I don't normally make snow maps as I don't find them as fun to do as temperate maps (back when I actually used to enjoy mapping that is). Hopefully my few maps will pump a bit of blood back into the Tiberian Sun scene (very doubtful).
