Alright I simplified the pain sounds. The one liner pain sounds are more rare only when caleb is very seriously injured. Except for "make the hurting stop". Since it sounds too wimpy for him.
One more thing: How about put: "AAAHHH!! AAHH!! IT BURNS!!" when they receive fire damage or when he in a hazardous place, like radioative pools and lava. OR when he dies with fire based attacks, like mancubus.
could this get an update? would love to here Caleb while playing but it does not seem to work with current brutal doom or is just unnoticeable in its current state

i think what would be even cooler is a skin pack. having the like of Caleb, Duke and other FPS characters
It's hard to get usable samples considering Rez files are hard to open and stuff.
There's only 3 pain sounds, why you decided ot include 30 files with all the same content is beyond me.
Death sounds are missing.
The one liner pain sounds get frustratingly annoying, I had to remove them asap.
Theres only 4 duplicates.
