I Hope you'll Like IT ... the reason for why i made this is because i'm getting tiered of the DOOM-Metal Mod ... i've been working on this one for a few months now and i was like "what the hell let's make an addon out of it" ... i haven't got permission from the original authors ... but hay , i gave credit where credit is do ... so there ... :D

I actually like this but some of the songs are too loud and some are too soft. like e1m1 for instance, it's way too loud. It drowns out the gunfire. I can adjust the volume in the settings but when I get to e1m5 it's way too low and you can barely hear the song. Is there any way you can rebalance the volume? Or at least increase the volume of e1m5?

Valherran, what's up with your English? I see you in the Forum speak clearly and understable, and here, what can I say? I mostly don't understand what you are saying :(

Pretty fluffy download, I'll grab this later tonight and give it a try. What about breaking the three files up in separate downloads? Just a thought.

Well ... I Don't know about you ... but i have good connection (around 120 MB/s) so i can download this in like 3 mins ... not to mention MOD DB can be quite slow at times so you may wanna start redownloading for a higher speed ... and yes ... i'll add separate downloads for each wad in the discription ... so be sure to look there soon ...

Sorry bro , but that's just not gonna happen ... these tracks are not mine ... (LOOK IN THE CREDITS SECTION!) And i have no plans to look for Music Remixes of MEGAWADS since ... well ... it took me a while to get some good tracks for the Official IWADS ... and i don't think there is anyone who made a complete set of remixes for these wads ... so ... sorry bro ! ...

hey man ill give this a download and let you know what i think. Did you uploaded it in just the doom section too?

also if youre sick of just the normal doom music you ight wanna check out jimmys jukebox...easily one of the best.

Jimmys Jukebox is just a collection of MIDIs and i'm getting tiered of them ... that's why i made this ... try it out for yourself and you'll see ... and no i wont like this with the Vanilla DOOM / DOOM 2 Add-Ons section ... since it doesn't really work that well with vanilla DOOM it's just too techno and too strange for it ... YOU REALLY NEED BRUTAL DOOM FOR THIS ONE ! BUT NOT VANILLA BRUTAL DOOM ... INSTED USE QUAKER540'S ADDON FROM HERE -> Moddb.com IT JUST F U C K I N G ROCKS ! AND IT'S WAY BETTER THE VANILLA BRUTAL DOOM :D

Original DooM songs were inspired by Metallica, Slayer, Pantera and so on.
Can't play Brutal DooM with ****** techno music!
Metal all the way!

I have to agree ... they are inspired by popular metal bands ... but not all of them .... i mean ... listen to the original versions of E1M2 , E1M3 , E1M5 , E1M7 , E2M2 , E2M4 , E2M6 , E2M7 ... of a few other ones ... these don't sound like metal if you ask me ... and ... again ... the reason for why i made this is because i was getting tired of the Metal Mod ... if you like that ... then by all means , stick with it :D

Finally i wanted an alternative to standard all metal soundtrack that comes with brutal doom. As a suggestion, have you ever heard the Dark Side of Phobos remixes? you may want to try and add some to your compilation

yeah i know the dark side of phobos ... but they are made for an album not for ingame ... they wont loop properly and not to mention it's to point where they start sounding different then the originals ... so no ... sorry ...

Every other remix sounds good, except for the TNT Remix WAD. BS! I would like to hear JD Herrera and Lorcan... plus some music from the Doom Metal Pack Vol3 for the TNT Remix WAD.

will if you want metal ... you can use the metal wad vol4 on tnt as it will play the doom 2 songs ... and no i'm not adding metal stuff in my pack ... and if you want me to add your favorite tracks or whatever ... send me a reply with a link to them and tell what track to replace with yours , and meybe i'll do it if it's good enough ... as far as i know Lorcan is the only one who made A COMPLETE TNT Remix ... unless someone can prove me wrong ...

yeah ... and PerKristian was good too ... a few good examples are E2M4 , E2M7 , D_VICTOR , D_BUNNY , D_COUNT & D_ROMERO ... sadly i don't know who exactly made the E2M6 version that i'm using ... i mean ... it's from MetalMod Vol4 ... but that's all i can tell ... i would like to know the name of the dude who made it ...

Yeah ... no one really knows anything about Lorcan ... sadly ... as far as i'm know ... he is the only one who made A FULL TRUE ACTUAL TNT REMIX ... unless someone can prove me wrong ... i mean ... Sycraft has just a basic version with updated instrument samples ... and , sadly ... Ransu Never did a TNT Mix With special effects and fun stuff like that ... though his TNT Anniversary Pack is better then what Sycraft did

BTW : I ******* LOVE YOUR BRUTALIZED DOOM & DOOM II LEVELS ! , THE OVERKILL EDITION IS A **** LOAD OF FUN ON CO-OP ... I MEAN ... IT'S ******* HARD ... BUT QUITE ENJOYABLE ... THAT **** IS JUST ******* AWESOME ! :D

eh ... neah ... it's a decent remastered version but it's not really what i was looking for ... you see ... kira's tracks focus more on a basic randition with a few little nice touches here and there ... while Lorcan has an actually True Kick *** Remix with futuristic instruments and stuff like that ... so i think i'll stick with Lorcan's Pack ... thanks for this though ... if you find any more of these just throw a comment so i can at least take a look at them ... if not even include them in my pack ... who knows ...

Indeed. These tracks are good, high quality, but I was let down when I discovered there was NO techno, at least in the tracks I heard.

If Doom Metal is way too old for you guys, I recommend this, and a bunch of remixes from

ocremix.org

As for Alex-Wolfenstein97, for Map 04, I use this instead of Lorcan's remix. I only use Lorcan's remix for Map 13, but here's the ocremix that I use for Map 04. What do you think?

Real Awsome , but lorcan's version kinda feels more like the original ... don't get me wrong it's still awesome ... BTW , Where you got this from , do they have like a full sound track for doom ? pls give me a link , this is the kind of thing that will instantly go on my mp3 player ... i guess it can woek in game too , but , eah ... i don't think i'll add it , as it sounds a bit to melodramatic , but it's nice to listen to this kind of stuff , pls drop me some links , for the soundtrack , thanks :D

Yeah, this is one core mix that I personally use for my version of Brutal Doom (not Derp Edition). If you like this remix, go on ocremix.org, in the search bar, type in Final Doom, and you'll find some nice remixes there. People at ocremic.org mix their remixes with a little metal and techno for every game (not every, but lots of them, especially doom).

Here's where you can find all of these remixes:

Ocremix.org

The ones with the (1) means that there is a remix avaible. Now here's another remix that I use for E3M2. Something that goes perfect with my custom version of Brutal Doom on Black Metal:

Ocrmirror.org

It's also something that you would want to put into your MP3 player (I think). Also, check out Ashley Carr's remixes. Perkristan also has nice remixes for E2M4 and E2M7, which was featured in the first Doom Metal.

However, this is the E2M4 OCRemix. It has too much ambience! What do you think?

E2M4 is from the Dark Side of Phobos. The Dark Side of Phobos can also be found on ocremix.org, but one of my favorite ocremixes would be Demon Con Gusto, for E3M3. I also like Ashley Carr's E3M3 Remix, but if you haven't heard it, here is the E3M3 Remix:

Doulifee.com

Anyways, do you know any good Doom Remixers?

After some further attempts, it does work on Plutonia and TNT, but it's the same songs when I'm fairly sure they have different ones. I'm not certain which one it is.

Ehh. I guess it messes around with the Sperglord Edition of Brutal Doom that I'm using. Too bad.
