AA2 weather mod addon

I would like to thank the Autumn Aurora team for there great work, i take
no credit for these configs and textures i simply put this package together
for your enjoyment.

This mod complements Zone ENB and Autumn Aurora's texture pack that i also
put together im keeping things modular to give he or she options on how
they want the zone to be.
